Warriors Peewee AE wins 5-0 over New Hamburg
Sunday afternoon was a good one for the Simcoe Warrior Peewee AE Kal Tire team.
Simcoe came out flying in the first period and Sam Dikdan was able to open the scoring with 2:18 left in the period with an assist going to Jeryn Shortt.
Despite some great pressure in the second period, there was no goals scored for either team.
In the third period Ben Reyes scored from outside the blue line with the assist going to Tyler Kruk. The floodgates opened up after that. Ben scored his second of the game from Sam, Josh scored, assisted by Ben, and finally, Jeryn scored with the assist going to Sam.
Mikey Walker picked up the shut out, his second of the short season.
Great job today in picking up the second win, and bringing our regular season record to 2 wins and 3 losses.
