Lennon wins the Gold Jersey in 6-0 loss to Tillsonburg 1
It was a tough night at the office for the Simcoe Warriors on Wednesday night.
The Warriors started the game a little flat footed and despite many good scoring chances, couldn't quite get any pucks past a good Tillsonburg goaltender.
Lennon deserved the Gold jersey on this night for being a great team player and doing what the coaches asked of him. When a player wasn't feeling well, Lennon was asked to play defence, a position he hasn't played all season. He did an amazing job keeping the Tillsonburg players away from Austin Luker in the Warriors net.
As the saying goes " You win some, you lose some." As Coach Jason said to the players, learn from it, and improve on it tonight in Caledonia.
