SDMHA is pleased to announce the availability of Warrior Wear just in time for Christmas!!
We are excited to partner with local businesses, Boyko Source for Sports, Design 'N' Stuff and Truckin' T-Shirts this year for our Simcoe Warrior Wear Program.
You will find below a clothing guide as well as an order form.
Please note. As of November 13, 2017 you can go to Boyko Source for Sports, located at 25 Syndenham Street in Simcoe for sizing and samples. Please fill in the order form and return to me by Monday November 27, 2017.
If you would like the player's number added to the t-shirts only, please add this information to the order form. There will be an additional $2.00 for this add on.
Payment will be in the form of cash or cheque payable to Simcoe and District Minor Hockey only.
