***NEW in 2024***All individuals volunteering, including coaches, trainers and parents volunteering to help on-ice, must have a completed Vulnerable Sector Screening.
Steps to Complete the Vulnerable Sector Check:
Download the OMHA Volunteer Letter and fill in your name. If you do not fill in the form the vulnerable sector check will not be completed. Vulnerable Sector Screenings are free with this letter.

Apply for the vulnerable sector screen online.
Apply online with the OPP here.
If you live outside of Norfolk County you will need to consult your local police detachment.
Once results are returned, complete the process as required by the Ontario Hockey Federation to have your Vulnerable Sector Check reviewed and approved.
No adults will be permitted on the ice without a valid Vulnerable Sector Check reviewed by the Ontario Hockey Federation.
