U11 Warrior Simcoe Heritage Retirement Living Team
The team had a great time at the Tillsonburg Max Partlo Memorial
tournament. This was our first tournament since Covid hit, so even though it
was local the kids, coaching staff and parents had a great time.
Friday we had 2 games- 1st game was against Tillsonburg 1 who we have played this season so far which we won, 2nd game on Friday we tied against a well-rounded team from East Lambton. Saturday we had 1 game that we lost against Aylmer. Sunday we had 2 games- 1st game we won against Point Edward which put us in the finals to face Aylmer for the second time. Unfortunately, we lost in the finals to Aylmer. The team really enjoyed going up against a few teams we haven’t faced yet this season. Aylmer and East Lambton have amazing teams and it pushed my team to play their hardest. I am proud of all the kids, they truly did an amazing job.
