The
SDMHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place at 7:00pm on
Sunday, January 2, online.
The SDMHA by-laws require 30 days notice
of scheduling but, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to delay. Thus, if a member would like to object and
request the 30 day notice be implemented, please express your concerns, in writing,
to the Executive by December 24th.
Being an Executive Member is an opportunity to get involved in the operations of SDMHA and help ensure success for all participants. This year, SDMHA has several positions available on the Executive that we will be looking to fill, including:
- President
- Vice President
- Director
- Director
If you are interested in running for one of the above-mentioned, two-year term positions, or would like to have your say in who is elected, please join us at the AGM.
Those who attend will be entered into a draw for 50% off one child's registration fee for the upcoming season.
Note: Anyone interested in proposing a request to make a change to the existing SDMHA by-laws must have the request submitted to the Executive, in writing, no later than December 24th.
