below.
Discovery, Initiation
& Novice – pick-up at VG Meats on Thursday
December 12th, 2019, and Friday December 13th, 2019.
Atom & PeeWee – pick-up at VG Meats on Saturday December 14th, 2019 and
Monday December 16th, 2019.
Bantam & Midget – pick-up at VG Meats on Tuesday December 17th and
Wednesday December 18th, 2019.
*Players (so called Sellers) are responsible to pick up their orders at VG Meats (unless Coach or Manager is taking on this responsibility) and distribute to everyone they sold to
**If Customers Order Form was handed in they do have a copy a VG Meats
***At pickup please be prepared with 1) Player Name (Seller); 2) Team Name; 3) Coaches Name
**** Convenors will distribute documents with Player Donation Amounts and Team Total Donation Amount
***** Team will receive a cheque from SDMHA for the Team Donation Amount
