Annual AGM Dec 16th 8:00 pm- Proposed Bi-Law Change Included
The Annual General Meeting will take place on December 16th at 8:00 pm in the upstairs common room of Talbot Gardens.
The AGM is your chance to express your opinion and ask questions regarding the course of events pertaining both to this season and those to come.
This is also a chance to volunteer as executive positions will be up for election. Come volunteer and/or help vote in the new executive. In order to be eligible to become a member of the executive of the amalgamated rep association you must be a member of the SDMH executive.

Proposed Bi-Law Change:
Proposed change pertaining to paragraph/section 27. Voting of Members; "Every member entitled to vote at a meeting of members may appoint a proxy holder to attend and act at the meeting as the member’s nominee."
A motion will be made to amend the aforementioned paragraph/section, to the following; Every member, who is present at the meeting of the members, will be entitled to a vote on issues addressed at that meeting. Only members who are physically present, in person, at the time of the vote are entitled to cast their vote.
