Summer Power Skating

Simcoe and District Minor Hockey has teamed up with Stoke Strength and Conditioning and will be offering Summer Power Skating sessions in the Month of August.  

These sessions are NOT a learn to skate program and are intended for Novice thru Peewee age players.  All sessions will have three (3) instructors on the ice.  There are a limited number of spots (25). 
The five (5) sessions will run on the following dates;

August 15 - 4-5pm
August 20 - 5-6pm
August 22 - 4-5pm
August 27-  5-6pm
August 29 - 4-5pm

All sessions will be at the Simcoe Recreation Centre and will be at a cost of $100.00.

  Head Instructor for Monday sessions will be Jocelyne Larocque.
·2014 Olympic Gold Medalist & 2018 Olympic Silver Medalist
· Member of Team Canada since 2009 (U22 Team Canada 2005-2010)
· Current member of the Markham Thunder (CWHL)
· Two time NCAA Div 1 National Champion with the University of Minnesota-Duluth

Head instructor for Wednesday sessions will be Becca King.  

· Played 5 years at the University of Manitoba (2 years assistant captain)
· Current member of the Markham Thunder (CWHL)
· Youth Exercise Specialist
· Senior Exercise Specialist
Payment can be made by cheque addressed to Simcoe and District Minor Hockey or E-transfer. (Please contact Andrew Beck at [email protected] for the appropriate email address).    Also, please contact Andrew Beck if you would like to sign your player up for these sessions.  Due date is August 5th, 2018
