As some may already be aware the Braun family has been hit with some devastating news this past week. Their son Zayne has been diagnosed with retinoblastoma (A rare childhood cancer that effects the eyes.) This family is about to embark on what may be the fight of their lives. During this time they will most definitely endure some financial burdens on top of the emotional burdens that they must bare as they support their son through this journey.
To start SDMHA will be accepting donations on Sunday October 22nd from 11:30 to 12:30 prior to the Novice Rep game verses Ayr Flames at 12:30 pm. As well, donations will be accepted prior to AE home games on Wednesday nights.
