Rep Tryouts for Novice to Bantam begin April 30th.
In an effort to get more athletes at these try outs with designs to ice AE teams in as many divisions as possible (mininum 30 kids required per division) SDMHA will be reducing the cost of these try outs to $10 for the first 3 skates, and $5 for each skate after that to a maximum of $20. Try outs will run from April 30th to May 4th. Follow through to the rest of the article to see the full schedule.
We will also be holding a Midget Skate for all interested Midget players on April 30th from 8:00 to 9:30 pm. The cost will be $5 per player.
In order for an AE team to be considered at each respective division 30 players must attend the tryouts for the A team. Players must attend the tryouts and be cut by the A coach in order to tryout for the AE team if the division qualifies for one.
Any out of area players wishing to attend tryouts MUST have been released from their home assocation. If Simcoe is not your home center and you have not been released from your home centre you will not be allowed to attend tryouts.
Adam Walker and Jeff Dennison will be present during the tryouts to speak to the parents of any children attending tryouts.
