Fort Erie Championship
The Roulston’s Pharmacy Simcoe Warriors Novice Rep team won
the Greater Fort Erie Winter Challenge tournament on January 8th to
claim their second tournament in a row.
he Novices went a perfect 5-0 in the tournament, scoring 36 goals, while giving up only 1 over the five games. A great team effort was capped by goaltender Nash Whitwell’s 4 shutouts, Captain Tyler Santos’ 16 tournament goals and Luke Harrington’s 5 goal effort in the 7-1 win over the Oshawa Minor Generals in the championship game.
