Addition to By-law
The Executive of Simcoe District Minor Hockey under
By-law # 6 proposes the following motion, which will be presented and
voted on at the annual general meeting:
Addition to By-law 1 – 18 – Books and Records:
The secretary or designate shall record the
minutes of all Board of Directors meetings. All recorded minutes except
those recorded in camera shall be made available to any member of
Simcoe District Minor Hockey Association upon their
request. Request for minutes must be made in writing to the President
and shall be available within 30 days of the request.
