Simcoe Warriors Roulston’s Novice Rep Team Wins Wasaga Beach Silver Stick!

The Simcoe Warriors Novice Rep team traveled to Wasaga Beach to compete in the Silver Stick Regional Tournament on November 28-29th.  The Warriors defeated Ayr (3-2), Wasaga Beach (8-0) and Elmvale (5-1) in round robin play to claim 1st place in their pool. They then moved on to face the New Castle Stars in the semi-finals where the Warriors came out flying and earned an  8-1 victory and a spot in the finals. In the championship game the Warriors once again met the Elmvale Coyotes and came away with a 6-1 victory and the Championship banner! With the win the Roulston’s Novice Warriors have earned a spot at the International Silver Stick Finals in St. Clare Shores, Michigan on Jan 22-24th. Congratulations to the team and good luck in the finals!
