The Simcoe and District Minor Hockey Association invites you to participate in our 38th Annual MARCI COOK MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT, and 38th Annual House League Tournament Sponsored by the Simcoe Arms.
Houseleague and Local League teams only in U11, U13, U15 and U18. No body checking allowed. No Rep, Select or Roster Select teams are allowed.
Teams will play at the Port Dover Arena and Talbot Gardens in Simcoe and are guaranteed 3 games in a round robin format, plus additional games if your team advances.
The tournament fee, which includes all gate fees, is $900 and $950 for non-OMHA teams. Admission will be confirmed upon receipt of a registration form and payment.
Play begins on Thursday afternoon and will conclude Sunday night. Teams in closest proximity will be scheduled to play Thursday. All remaining teams will play their first game Friday. The semi-final and championship games will be played on Sunday.

Once you have received confirmation that there is a space available, please scan and email this application form to [email protected] and send payment in the form of an e-transfer to [email protected] with the answer of hockey. Also, please include your approved roster. Revisions may be emailed prior to the tournament.
