As we approach the end of the 2015-2016 season, Simcoe Minor Hockey wants to hear from you! Please take a moment and
complete the coaching evaluation for your child’s team head coach. This is an
opportunity for you to provide feedback regarding the coach and your feedback will assist SDMHA in ensuring our hockey program serves our players well. The evaluations will be used to provide information for next season’s planning as well as to identify our areas of strength and areas which would benefit from more coach and player development opportunities.
