Welcome to the Home Page of the 30th Annual Simcoe Lions Tyke Tournament

The Simcoe and District Minor Hockey Association invites you to participate in our

 

30th ANNUAL SIMCOE LIONS TYKE TOURNAMENT 2017

 

DETAILS OF TOURNAMENT:

 

  • HOUSE/LOCAL league teams only. NO MD or Roster Select teams are allowed.

  • Teams will play at the Simcoe Recreation Centre and Talbot Gardens located in Simcoe.

  • Teams are guaranteed 4 games in a round robin format plus additional games if your team advances.

  • The tournament fee, which includes all gate fees, is $750.00

  • Admission will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and a completed application form.

  • Play begins on Friday evening and will conclude Sunday.

  • A skills competition will be held Saturday after the round robin play. Each team is able to and encouraged to, submit 2 players to participate in the competition.

  • The quarter-finals, semi-finals and championship games will be played on Sunday.

  • Lunch will be provided for all players on Saturday.

  • Each player will receive a tournament memento.

  • Each player will receive a snack after one of their 4 guaranteed games.
