Boston Pizza Challenge Tyler Norrie Memorial Tournament
November 6, 7, 8, 2015
Simcoe and District Minor Hockey invite you to apply for participation in the Simcoe and District Minor Hockey Boston Pizza Challenge Tyler Norrie Memorial Boston hockey tournament.
Teams: Peewee (no body checking), Bantam,and Midget - classified as B,CC,C,DD will play Nov. 6, 7, 8, 2015 at the Simcoe Recreation Centre and Talbot Gardens also in Simcoe. Teams are guaranteed 3 games. Additional games are possible if the team advances to the semi-finals/finals (semi-finals will depend on the number of teams in the division).
The tournament fee, which includes all gate fees is $800.00.
Admission will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and a completed application form.
Cheques may be post-dated to Oct.14, 2015.
The games will begin on Friday and will conclude Saturday night. The semi-final and championship games will be played on Sunday. All games times given are final (no changes will be made). If your team withdraws from the tournament and a replacement is not found, no refund will be given.

· your cheque (payable to Simcoe and District Minor Hockey)
· a completed roster on an OMHA Tournament Roster Sheet (include jersey numbers).
