REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR FALL 2020 PROGRAM (Session 2)
Our Session 2 Program is now open for registration.  We have made some minor changes to the program based on feedback, ice availability and the desire to balance interests and needs.

Our Junior Skate Program (Initiation to Minor Novice) have been re-programmed to 2 ice times per week.  The program will be focused on player development and will have some ad-hoc games planned from time to time.***

Our Major Novice to Bantam Program will remain at 3 ice times per week. The program has been slightly adjusted to balance development and game play equally.

Our Midget Program has been altered to focus mainly on game play as many within this division need to balance work/play.  This new model provides 2 games per week and 1 practice every 2 weeks.

SDMHA REGISTRATION FEES – Fall 2020 Program – Session 2 (November 1, 2020 to December 20, 2020)

*We recognize that a number of teams did not get their full complement of ice times during Session 1. NMHA went through every division in every centre to reconcile any differences and the Registration Fees for Session 2 has been discounted for our returning players to account for this difference.

** New Players registering for Session 2 do not qualify for any Session 1 discounts being carried into the Session 2 program and their fee includes the mandatory $60 insurance fee for the 2020/2021 Season.

*** If additional Ice becomes available SDMHA will look at the possibility of adding our traditional second practice (3rd ice time) per week for U6 JRIP, U7 SRIP and U8 Minor Novice Groups

NOTE TO ALL NEW PLAYERS:

  1. Our Session 1 Program was very successful with many teams operating at maximum or near maximum capacity. Priority will be given to returning players. New Players will be automatically WAITLISTED. Once registration closes, the hockey associations will determine if space is available to accommodate any NEW Players.
  2. If you have registered with another Hockey Centre and are now seeking to play in Waterford, Port Dover, Simcoe or Norfolk; please contact the Registrar of that association prior to registration to confirm eligibility.
  3. SDMHA Discovery Players do not need to register again as their program is already set to go until December 20, 2020
